Rock that pixie cut ladies! Don’t be scared- with the right approach towards styling your hair and fashion, anyone can pull it off. (A bit of babbling at the beginning about my scary experience getting a trim).

Thank you so much! that means a lot. :) I hope the cancer is completely gone! Thank goodness you went through treatment alright.
If you have wavy hair with a pixie cut I would suggest keeping your pixie cut pretty short. I would blow dry it with a very strong mousse and use a boar bristled brush with it to smooth it down. You can smooth it down any direction..Sculpt it with a strong wax. not pomade. TBC

Once you get the desired shape, use a finishing hairspray. I swear by the got 2 be “freeze” spray. It will keep your hair in place all day. If there are still some stubborn pieces, use a small skinny straightener AFTER the final spray. Yes, after. It may smoke a little, but don’t worry its not your hair burning. its the product steaming. It will seal the hair so it lays straight. Hope that helps!

I loved your advice. It’s nice to know that I am not the only one struggling with looking more feminine with the pixie cut. What helps me the most is looking at pictures of my fav celebs with short hair like Halle Berry always looks incredibly feminine no matter what she has on.. So I’ve been copying her style.. lol but great advice! Thanks again!

Also.. What bothers me about my short hair is that girls will think I am a lesbian or something because they flirt with me a lot.. I don’t really get people saying I look like a boy… But.. I definitely notice girls like flirting with me.. and I dress really girlie so Idk what that’s about lol

I’ve been watching all your pixie videos. I have wanted to go pixie for so long now, I’m very casual and lazy about my looks. So I wanted a cut that was pretty and very easy to manage. And I finally did it, and my stylist ruined it. My hair was a horrible, grown out looking mushroom of a boys cut. I told her I wanted it shaped around my head, but she didn’t do anything I asked. So finally, I got a razor and trimmed it up very nicely. And now I’m happy with my pixie cut :) P.S. U are adorable!

I’m overweight, 38 yrs old, and I luv my pixie cut, and I stil look female. Yor cut is cute on u, mine is cute on me :o ), I think it depends mainly on how the woman carries herself, how feminin she acts. Good video :o )

Love your hair! And that was GREAT advice! I’m still trying to get the nerve up to go pixie again lol! Its a short bob now but still thinking pixie! I had a pixie for 9 years and ALWAYS wore makeup out of the house and earrings and body conscious clothes!

I have a very short pixie cut and I am personally a very big fan of the more tapered, clean cut back and sides. I used to have my hair just like yours actually, but now its shorter! it still looks really good on you!
